  • The parcel at 1215 E. Missouri Ave is currently zoned R-5 and serves as an 8,700 square foot office building which it has been since being built in 1963.
  • Re-zoning from R-5 to C-1 to allow light commercial. The proposed C-1 zoning is inline with the City of Phoenix General Plan.
  • The original building will be preserved and its mid-century architecture will be fully embraced.
  • Parking is plentiful and no off-site parking will be required. Access to the property is from a single collector street and there are no adjacent residential streets that would be impacted by overflow parking.
